Some recruiters I have spoken to say they only use eslcafe.com, they post several jobs in one advert and get the teachers they want. They say in the end, that the fee is cheap when recruiting for several schools at a time.
However, an independent school when hiring for just a single position, finds it too expensive and only has a month to find the right teacher. If he posts at the wrong time when teachers are not looking, he gets no one and loses money.
