| Re: How to succeed in personality tests? Be careful of questions that can only attract a negative answer. You have to be sure that the negative answer is not so detrimental to the job position you are applying to.
Eg: "Please tell me about a situation where you've lost your cool at work."
You have to be careful that you don't tell the interviewer your worst case scenario. Try to turn a negative into a postive.
Always present yourself as a team player. Have a range of interests' on your resume... both team and individual sports. Eg: "I like football and playing the piano".
If you mention hobbies that don't require peer participation, it could raise a flag with the interviewer that you have no people skills. Companies are ALWAYS on the search for team players. Always keep this in mind when answering any questions.
