South Korea is not like China... don't worry about websites being blocked in South Korea. South Korea is pretty advanced when it comes to internet access and usage. Over 30 million internet users are in the country - this is 5th place. The other countries are:

- Japan
- Germany
Life would really suck if you were living abroad and the government banned your favourite websites.
I haven't heard anything bad about totalenglish.co.uk. They don't look like a big company though, so probably not enough have gone thru their system to really gauge their professionalism.
