If your students aren't complaining, and numbers are not dropping off, then there is no need to worry. As soon as you are doing something wrong, I'm sure you will be the first to hear about it from your schools' owners.

A CELTA qualification along with the right attitude and people skills is more than enough to teach English to ESL students. Don't be so hard on yourself.

There are many teachers abroad teaching with no formal TESL or CETLA qualification and only their degree in a non-Education background. So you are fine... no need to feel worried.
