There are plenty of English schools in the area or within 30 minutes commute. I've actually been to Funabashi and it's quite a busy city. Though, you really need to be in the local area and ready to go if you want to find a teaching job easier.

By the time you arrive to Japan, you will have obtained your degree and TEFL certificate it seems. With that, you are more than ready to go.

If you cannot find in the local area, there would be plenty of jobs in the greater Tokyo area. It's not that far of a commute to Funabashi then.
