I'm just about to leave Shane, and I couldn't be happier. Shane management apper to think that they own teachers, not employ them, and can force them to work as much as possible, attend meetings outside work hours for no over-time and with no paid travel costs, force people to work 12 hour days for spring and summer schools, and work up to an extra 18 days a year for no extra pay. Almost all the teachers in my district hate it and want to leave, moral is terrible, schools are closing, leaving full time teachers are being replaced by part timers or not at all, and bankruptcy looks like likely in the next couple of years.

Do yourself a favour, stay away from this company run by blood-sucking scum.
