Underground jobs in Korea

Hi,

I have a certificate in CELTA but no degree, and I'd like to teach in Korea, since it's my girlfriend's home country. I am considering applying for a working holiday visa.
How easy is it to find underground/illegal jobs and are there many dangers or problems that you may run into when working 'off the books'?

Is it a better idea to fake a degree so that I can apply for an E-2 visa?

Thank you!
