There's been a whole ton of threads about this subject and Gfell summed em all up.....if you're not a native speaker, it's hard to find a job, but not impossible. China is extremely biased against non-native speakers in particular and the only places, that I know of, that hire non-native speakers are the small provincial schools and colleges where the pay is not good and the conditions may, or may not, be to your liking.
Good luck with your search and persistence is the name of the game. Get some experience and referrals and then life might be a whole helluva lot easier for you!
