ESL Teaching - Jobs, lesson plans - View Single Post

G'day all.

Im an Aussie with no teaching experience or qualifications but I'm just about to do a TESOL course (not sure whether i should do Certificate or diploma) and I'm desparate to go teach in Vietnam, preferably Saigon. I've read a fair few forums but most of them are fairly old. Anyone got any recent information for me? Is the average wage still around US$3500? I'm not trying to get rich, just want to survive comfortably there for 6 months or so.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated,
