They don't check for Hep C. Only for AIDS and parasites up your arse. You will be required to give a piss and shit sample. Take a snickers bar with you if you think you wont be able to shit under pressure. They will also allow you to come back the next day with a sample.

Friend of mine just did his 2nd health check and no piss or shit sample was required. Just a chest x-ray and blood test.

I took the test at the Ren'ai Hospital, Taipei City.
