Wow, is it just a few schools like this in Japan or is it most that now treat their staff so poorly?
Did you leave the school? I know there is an ESL blacklist where we can all read about the bad schools but perhaps we should have a white list of the good schools. Not sure that I will ever work in Japan.

Will it be difficult for you to find another job?
