I will begin by saying that the president first appears to be a "nice guy" . This facade is to ensure that you take the job.
He will force you to sign the contract either in your home town or either in his office on the day of the first meeting. He will not allow you take the contract to a lawyer to check it's validity.
The housing he will set you up in is usually one of his friends appartments and he will deduct the costs directly from your wages. NOTE: at an increased price, compared to similar appartments in the area.
The housing usually is dirty or not taken care of, as he does not check the cleanliness of past residents apartments after they vacate.
He will hire you, you will begin work with little or no training, and no curriculum. At this time you will be working illegally, as he will ask you to sign a new contract (post dated) within a month.
You will not be told that you will be outsourced to other organisations and payed a pittance to do it.
After your first wage he will deduct tax from your wages, (which he cannot, because he cannot pay tax on illegal workers, so he pockets this himself) bank fees (even when you don't have a bank account) and not sign you up to health insurance.
He is slow, at best, to act on your behalf concerning matters like home maintenence or obtaining mobile phones or doctors.
He will make you work when you are ill.
When he helps you start an internet connection, he will sign you up with one of his friends. (he gets a commission for doing so) at an inflated price compared to others in the area.
I will finish by saying that this organisation lost 4 teachers in 2 months.
