What type of corporate classes are these? That is, what specific type of business are they doing?

I've had this same question with another of other expats in the area, and the consensus seems to be that girls are pushed (socialized?) more towards the arts and languages, and boys towards business and leadership roles. Thus giving a good reason why most of our students (at least in Asia) are women.

I'd take this a step further and ask how many of us out there have had male language teachers? For every male language teacher you had, how many female language teachers have you had? In my high school back in the States, all of the language teachers were women.
