Thanks v. much for the swift reply - seems like sound advice which I'll try to follow. If I'm able to get a few more students/business classes, then it all seems do-able.

Just one more thing - have you any idea how I go about declaring my income for tax purposes/where I go to get the forms etc., as it was all taken out at source by my previous employer? All of my income is cash-in-hand at the moment.
