I think you are more than qualified to teach English after completing your GradDipEd. The only problem I forsee is that many European countries require their teachers to hold an EU passport. If this isn't a requirement, then you should be fine with getting work in Prague or the Czech Republic.

I'm sure it will be easier finding a teaching job than a non-teaching job. Many come to Asia to teach, and after a few years try to enter other industries or office jobs but they cannot. You need to know the local language very well before you can have hope of working in an industry other than ESL.
