Re: PRAGUE....where dreams are made?

I have a related question, so I'll just leech onto this thread.... I'm headed to Australia for my Graduate Diploma in Education (Secondary) in February (subjects HSIE [history] and computer studies). I have a BA from Canada, and lots of instructional experience (though not teaching English) and formal instructional training (through the Canadian Armed Forces and Cadet programmes). I also have a TESOL certificate, and I'm working towards and advanced diploma.

My question is, would my GradDipEd help me find the job of my dream in the Czech Republic (or Slovakia) even if it's not in teaching English?

On a side note, I was planning on teaching English for a few years to get more experience. It's tough competition for BEd. programs here in Canada, but then I found out about going to Australia instead. I've never really given up on teaching English; I want to experience other cultures and languages. Prague has been my goal since I first started looking into it.
