A simple answer to that would be Seoul or Busan. But like any place you go, do heaps of research first and don't rely on the words of a few individuals.

As Margy said, Korea is a destination in itself and the only real value would be a year or two teaching experience, which you could probably quite easily get in Japan. In both countries you will need a Bachelor's Degree or better. A TESOL certificate is also very useful.
