You can always use a paid service to do the translations... Really, if you find it difficult to communicate with the school now, try to imagine how it would be when you are in trouble or need help and want to communicate with the school.

A lack of communication would suggest considering work eslewhere. A lack of communication can cause many troubles for you later on down the track.
