Hello: "I hope that they change": I am so sorry to hear that you had to work for these "mentally ill people". Everything you said is 100% accurate. Although, I don't know you, please don't let the thoughts of having worked for such warped people ruin your experience in Japan.
For the most part, Japanese people are so wonderful.

The best revenge on these kind of people is to simply go on and live your life to the fullest and look at them as something you never want to be.

I do want you to know this. These people are on the police radar in more than one country.
