Hi everyone!

I hope you guys could give me some advice here! I've done tons of research and done tons of reading through forums. It seems that it is quite difficult for an asian native speaker to find employment in Asia (especially in China/Taiwan so I've read).

I'm currently deciding between Korea and Taiwan. Should I even bother applying online to schools in Taiwan? I've read that most schools won't pay a recruiter if the applicant is asian (or offer them crappy pay!)

Would my best luck be to go to Taiwan in person and apply and do a one-on-one interview and try to impress them there? And does anyone know if I would have the same trouble trying to find employment in Korea?

Also, I don't have teaching experience or a certificate. Hope I can get some feedback!
