OK - here's the deal.

I checked the websites gfell mentioned and the name YAKUP International popped up. That REALLY rang a bell, so I went to the blacklisted schools list posted on this website. Under the blacklist forums I once posted a link to this thread a long time ago ( http://www.bearcanada.com/esl/bl01.html ).

Guess that should pretty much tell you everything just seeing it under the blacklisted names. You'll have to scroll down a bit to get to the "good" part, but suffice it to say - stay away.
