No sorry... the only schools that would hire teachers without a degree are the schools where conditions are not so favourable. Hence, that's why they would drop their standards for teachers.

Schools will always try to get the best teachers, because that way they can use these faces when advertising the school and so on. If you don't have a degree, then the school cannot talk-up their school in the press.
