Santis Educational Services, AVOID like the plague

As I mentioned before not only does Santis treat it's employee's badly, pay badly, offer no support to it's teachers and employ un - qualified staff. But they will F**k up any other job you have in the country as much as possible.

After I left Santis, I started editing a newspaper called the Mongol Messenger. Unfortunately I didn't realise Orgilmaa the woman who runs Santis, had a friend who also works for the paper, this and the fact that Orgilmaa's brother is the head of the Communist party in the Mongolian Government, got me sacked immediately... Then in a baazar move the paper awarded her the "best employer of the year award" and "The best teaching institute" award soon followed.

Mongolia is a pretty corrupt country and this should be kept in mind if you're coming to work here. The problem with Santis is that it's co-run by a British guy called Andrew Orgill and his nephew runs the new school on the other side of the city, and they're currently trying to increase ties with the British Embassy to help their students get visa's for the UK. The co-director of the new school in the 3rd and 4th Micro District is also well known for sleeping with his students. All said and done, the organization is as corrupt as it could be and doesn't care about anything other than making money.
