Hello all, I just wanted to drop a line concerning My English World Club. I am a teacher who currently works for them. Where do I begin? I have seen numerous postings about this company, attacking it and ripping it apart. I think many of the people who do this are doing it for sport. I have taught for many schools and companies in the Tongliao area and let me assure you, this company is really not bad. I have been with these guys since March and I have no money problems, a beautiful apartment (I can send photos), a lovely schedule and loads of support. My wife and I had a baby about 3 weeks ago and the company stood by us through it all. I remember in previous posts that someone stated the Canadian manager's wife made humans look bad. Well, this terrible person was by my wife's side and made sure that we were ok. I lost a week's work due to the hospital trip, but that terrible manager named Bill managed to get me extra classes at wierd times, just to make sure that my wife and I had the money we needed. Just hideous they are. The purpose of these postings are to inform people about what is good or what is bad. If you want to tarnish a companies reputation, please do so if you have a valid reason. I just hate it when people only give one - sided statements without thinking that there are teachers looking for jobs and will probably overlook My English World Club due to the comments posted, only to end up in a difficult situation with a genuinely terrible school.
